We thank you in advance. The event is coming up soon June 18th 2011. We have some important information for you, so please read this entirely.
A) First of all the event location: E. Flamingo Library - 1401 E. Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89119
(cross streets Flamingo and Maryland Pkwy).
B) Rules of the Library:
• No handing out information at the doors or in the library, you can park in the back of the library or on Oqendo the street that runs on the west side of the library, but you can only park on the side that runs the length of the library. If you park across the street you will be towed.
• If you have food that you are sell you have to have a food permit, and any product that is sold the library must get 10% of the all sales. NO CASH (only check or money order)
C) All Vendors
• Needs to bring something we can raffle off to the other vendors or a bag of food for the poor.
There are 4 key points we ask of all vendors, so please read each one carefully:
• You must invite people (this is mandatory).
• Send out the email in the attachment and invite everyone you know. Try to get 10 people to come, email your list if you have more 100 on your list 10 will show up.
• Setup time starts @ 10:30 am and will be open to the public at 11am to 2 pm.
Note: No more than 2 team members should be behind the table at one time, due to the size of the room, you will be given 2 chairs a table at the time of the event and 1 or 2 outlets depending on what you requested at the time you RSVP.
