At that time, her vision became impaired for three months. Not knowing if and when her vision would return, she began to alter her life for the road ahead. The world of darkness became her day, and her heart became her friend. This has been a long and fruitful journey, but the friends she has picked up along the way are lifelong.

Accomplished Motivational Speaker/Author/ Civic & Community Leader

My journey began with a diagnosis in December 2001 at that time; my vision became impaired for three months, not knowing if and when my vision would return. I began to alter my life for the road ahead. My ministry is to educate, advocate and encourge.

My goal is to do speaking engagements across the country sharing with the communities about the importance of getting early checkups, and to educate those who do not know about Lupus to give them the information to assist those who they know who have Lupus! Our each one Teach One program is for all generations and people from all walks of life!
